CLEANER TEAM LEADER - ROTHERHAM BASED

We are looking for a Cleaner/Driver to work with a team carrying out environmental deep cleaning of properties. This is a full-time permanent role.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to carry out general and environmental deep cleaning of residential properties. This will include a thorough clean of the space beyond regular maintenance to address dirt, grime and bacteria in all areas focusing on the sanitization and revitalisation of the entire space to a fresh and pristine condition. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collecting a team of cleaners and driving them to and from the site location. Key Tasks will include:
• Punctual collection of cleaning team staff
• Safe delivery of cleaning team to and from the location site
• All aspects of deep cleaning of residential properties to YEC standards and in line with client contractual requirements to include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of windows and sills, light fixtures and vents, descaling of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, grout cleaning and removal of soap, scum and mildew, stain removal, carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Reporting of any maintenance or safety issues encountered
Required Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate must have a full clean driving licence. Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending is essential. Salary Package Salary is £27k per annum for a 40 hour week All equipment and transport will be provided.
