Compliance Team

Our compliance specialists are responsible for ensuring every property under our care meets statutory and regulatory requirements. This includes fire risk assessments, gas and electrical safety checks, water hygiene inspections, and Awaab's Law damp and mould surveys. 

The compliance team ensures that risks are identified, reports are clear and actionable, and all remedial works are delivered to the highest standard. Their work provides clients with the assurance that compliance obligations are met, documented, and auditable.

Sustainability & Environmental Team

Sustainability sits at the core of YEC's approach. This dedicated team supports clients with waste management, recycling solutions, carbon reduction strategies, and environmental compliance.

Facilities Management Team

Our projects team manages larger-scale works including refurbishments, upgrades, and compliance-driven improvements. They handle everything from planning and procurement through to delivery and final handover.
